Public Enrollment Options

Concerned about putting detailed financial data online for the entire world to see? Our Transparency Portal offers multiple enrollment options with varying levels of access for each dashboard you publish.

Online Enrollment Form

The Transparency Portal includes a simple customizable enrollment form that can be filled out online and either automatically approved, or can be made to require manual approval by your system administrators.

Enrollment can be mandatory, or can be implemented in stages with some portions of the portal completely open, and some portions that require enrollment or any combination of the two.

This method of enrollment can include email address validation and confirmation, and is protected by 'Captcha' images to eliminate automated enrollments.

Drivers License Database Integration

We offer direct integration with your department of motor vehicles so that drivers license information can be used to positively identify an enrollee as a resident of the state. This provides you with the ability to custom tailor dashboard information to an enrollee's specific county, city, district, or any other geographical scope.

Manual Enrollment

You may choose to restrict all or specific dashboards to be viewed by individuals that you enroll manually. Those enrolled are stakeholders who may have a certain job to perform or need access to specific information. Managing this list is as simple as assigning user names and passwords to the system.  You can issue a single username and password to be used by everyone, or issue separate credentials to each group or individual user.

Open System Option

Of course, you can simply unlock all of the Dashboards that you include in your public transparency portal if you wish, no restrictions are necessary to access the portal.  You can choose the precise pages and placement within those pages on your public website that dashboards appear, or you can create an entirely separate website to host the information.
